Wigs are hygienic products and are meant to be worn directly on the skin, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the wig has been put on, opened, or the wig's protective net has been removed.
We do not accept cancellations, returns or exchanges due to customer circumstances (reason such as wrong order, wrong image (color), dislike of design, different from what was expected, size does not fit, etc.).
Returns and exchanges are possible if the ordered product and the delivered product are different, or if the product is defective. Please be sure to contact us within 5 days after the product arrives.
Cancellations will only be accepted if you contact us by 10:00 am (before shipment).
Please note that we cannot accept cancellations for any reason after the product has been shipped.
